Some young people are navigating family instability, peer pressure, low self-esteem, emotional struggles, or circumstances they have little control over. Others are simply trying to find their place, discover their strengths, or figure out what comes next.
At Restorative Solutions for Youth, we meet young people where they are through structured social-emotional learning, mentorship, educational opportunities, workforce development, and other community initiatives.
We address the challenges affecting their behavior, confidence, relationships, and future. Our work is about giving young people more than advice. It’s about giving them the skills, opportunities, and support to move forward.
Programs & Initiatives
PIVOT is a structured social-emotional learning (SEL) and personal development program for youth navigating difficulty managing emotions, peer pressure, conflict, low self-esteem, declining motivation, and difficult life circumstances.
Through interactive sessions, practical activities, and guided discussions, participants strengthen emotional intelligence, communication, conflict resolution, confidence, coping skills, and decision-making tools.
PIVOT serves up to 20 youth per cohort through an age-appropriate curriculum. Our program incorporates measurable outcomes to track participant growth and overall impact.
Available for implementation in schools, agencies, and community organizations.

She Is is a teen girls’ mentorship program created for girls who struggle with self-doubt, hide their emotions, feel pressured to fit in, or are carrying experiences they haven’t learned how to process.
Through honest conversations, interactive activities, and intentional mentorship, girls work through challenges surrounding identity, relationships, emotional well-being, confidence, and personal responsibility.
The program brings girls together in a small-group setting where they can build meaningful connections, confront the challenges holding them back, and develop the confidence to show up as themselves.

Too many teens are learning about sex, sexual health, and their bodies through social media, misinformation, and peer pressure. Beyond the Birds & Bees creates a safe, fact-based, judgment-free space for honest conversations, practical education, and questions they may be afraid to ask.

Juvenile Justice Reform | Memphis, TN
Represented Calcasieu Parish’s OJJS jurisdiction alongside the OJJS Director, Assistant Director, and Director of Parish Human Services at a convening hosted by the Annie E. Casey Foundation, joining leaders from across the country to discuss prevention, reducing youth criminalization, and strengthening outcomes for justice-involved youth.
Beyond the Classroom | Basile, LA
Hosted a back-to-school supply drive serving dozens of local families, helping relieve the financial pressure of school preparation and ensuring more children had access to the supplies they needed.
Engaging young people across the state through school visits, interactive events, and community collaboration. Creating opportunities for youth to have honest conversations, strengthen life skills, and receive real support.
